Checking the status of your order is easy!  You will receive an email notification with a USPS Tracking number once your package has been shipped. Feel free to email us at info@songlinesbyjewel.com with any questions regarding shipping.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@songlinesbyjewel.com.  if you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, that means your order has not been filled and we can refund you or change your order for you.

Currently we can only process credit cards. We are currently looking into adding other methods to our site.

All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale. Items purchased at their original price are eligible for return within 14 days. Please make sure that all original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. We use USPS to ship all orders. Currently we offer two and three day Priority Mail, International and Overnight shipping. Please contact us prior to your order at info@songlinesbyjewel.com if you require any other shipping needs.
